Return and Refund Policy

1. General Return Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Non-returnable items: Due to health and safety regulations, opened products and products that have been used cannot be returned or refunded.

Custom and private label orders involve significant time, resources, and costs, including product development, formulation, testing, and prototyping. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or returns on custom or private label products under any circumstances.

  • What is considered a custom/private label order?
    • Orders for products that have been specifically designed or customized for your brand or needs, including but not limited to private labeling, specialized formulations, or bespoke products.
    • This also includes any prototypes, formulations, or testing work done prior to the final product creation.
  • Refund Policy on Custom/Private Label Orders:
    • Once the development process begins—including product development, formulation, or testing—no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the order is completed or canceled.
    • By placing an order for custom or private label products, you acknowledge and agree to these non-refundable terms.


3. Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products, but if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • How to Report a Damaged or Defective Product:

    • Please include photos of the damaged or defective product for review.
  • Replacement or Refund:
